Every Year there is one barrel of syrup that has a far superior flavor profile then any other barrel. This batch has been specifically selected because of its rich flavor, which stands out from all the other barrels throughout the Year. This is my favorite barrel of the Year and is bottled fresh from the evaporator in a limited quantity. 

Certified Organic Vermont maple syrup. Our maple sap is harvested off our property which is bird friendly certified by Audubon Vermont. Our syrup is produced over a wood-fired evaporator right on our property in Fairfax, Vermont.  Pure Vermont Flavor!
